Understandable Misunderstanding
Ingredients:

  • 2 2 oz rum
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1 blood orange
  • 1 teaspoon grenadine
  • 1 piece of lemon grass

Directions: For this recreation of a drink we see in Garza’s bar, juice the blood orange and the half-lime. Combine all liquid ingredients and stir with ice. Peel off a few pieces of the lemon grass for garnish.

Watermelon Kitster
Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cups watermelon chunks
  • 1.75 oz vodka
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon campari (or other bitter liqueur)
  • 3 teaspoons basil simple syrup
  • splash of club soda or sparkling mineral water

Directions: Put all ingredients except for club soda in blender and blend. Pour into wine glass with ice. Add more basil simple syrup if needed to taste. Add splash of club soda. garnish with watermelon piece and bouquet of basil.

Monte Calderaan Mint
Ingredients:

  • 2 teaspoons ginger shrub*
  • 2 oz bourbon
  • mint leaves
  • splash of club soda

Directions: Clap a handful of mint leaves in your hands then add to lowball glass. Add bourbon and ginger shrub and stir. Add crushed ice and small splash of club soda. Place sprig of mint leaves on top of ice.

*for ginger shrub combine 3/4 cup chopped ginger root, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar in mason jar. Stir until sugar dissolves. Store closed in refrigerator for 3-4 days, then strain ginger out.

Imperial Entanglement (NA)
Ingredients:

  • 3-4 oz Buffalo Rock (or spiciest Ginger Ale you can find)
  • 2 oz orange-pineapple juice
  • spalsh of grenadine
  • few drops of vanilla extract

Directions: We dropped the alcohol at the first sign of Imperial Entanglement for this mocktail version of the Spice Runner.

Gin & Tonnika Sisters
Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. gin
  • 1 oz. campari
  • ~3 oz. tonic water
  • splash of lime juice

Directions: Add all ingredients and stir gently with ice.
This drink appears in “Bar Wars”.

Spotchka
Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. tequila
  • 1 oz. lime juice
  • 1 oz. blue curaçao

Directions: Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into glass with ice.
This drink appears in “Get That Grogu”.

Rhydonium
Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz. bourbon
  • 3/4 oz. lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz. simple syrup
  • 3/4 oz campari
  • 3 red grapes

Directions: Muddle grapes in mixer and add other ingredients and ice. Shake and strain through mesh strainer into lowball glass with ice. The more campari you add, the closer the Rhydonium drink gets to exploding.

Side Character
Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. bourbon
  • 3/4 oz. lemon jiuce
  • 3/4 oz. orange liqueur
  • 1 shake of Peychaud’s bitters (optional)
  • 1 shake Angostura bitters (optional)

Directions: Add all ingredients to shaker with ice, shake, and strain into glass. Garnish with lemon peel.

Sake Tano
Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. gin
  • 1 oz. sake
  • 2 teaspoons basil simple syrup*

Directions: Stir all ingredients with ice. Strain into martini glass. *For basil simple syrup sugar in water (1:2) add generous amount of basil leaves. Let boil for a minute then steep for 30 minutes then refrigerate (can add a small amount of vodka to lengthen shelf life).

Old Fashion Clone
Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. tequila
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • bitters
  • splash of carbonated water

Directions: Place sugar in glass disolve a few drops of bitters in sugar. Add splash of carbonated water and mix until sugar is mostly dissolved. Add tequila and ice. Optional garnish with small orange circle.

RumChowda
Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen mango
  • 1/4 cup yogurt (any flavor)
  • 1.5 oz rum
  • 0.5 oz orange liqueur
  • honey to taste (will need more or less depending on how sweet the yogurt is, but don’t skip)
  • gummy worms

Directions: Combine all in blender and blender until smooth. Pour into glass and garnish with gummy worms.

Krayt Dragon Acid
Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Dickel Tabasco Barrel Finish
  • 1 oz bourbon
  • 3/4 oz lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon of simple syrup
  • 1 squeeze from a lemon wedge

Directions: Combine all ingredients with ice to a shaker. Shake and strain into glass with ice. Garnish with cherry for the Krayt pearl.

Spice Runner (brought to you by Converswations)
Ingredients:

  • 2 oz spiced rum
  • 2 oz V8 Spiced Energy (orange/pineapple)
  • spalsh of grenadine
  • few drops of vanilla extract
  • cinnamon stick

Directions: For this Hondo Ohnaka inspired drink, mix all liquid ingredients, and ice and cinnamon stick.

Thermal Detonator
Ingredients:

  • 1 Mexican style beer
  • 1/2 shot orange liqueur
  • 1/2 shot tequila

Directions: Add tequila and orange liqueur to beer in glass. Enjoy! (You could drop the shot in and chug as a “bomb,” but remember Bosch deactivates the detonator.)

Cloud City Revolver
Ingredients:

  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 1/2 oz coffee liqueur
  • orange bitters
  • flamed orange peel
  • half and half

Directions: Billy Dee Williams is known for Colt 45, so that inspired this cloud city spin on a the Revolver. Add all liquid ingredients except for half and half with ice, stir, and strain into chilled glass. To create the cloudy effect, use a medicine dropper or plastic syringe to add a small amount of half and half to bottom of glass as you SLOWLY stir. Garnish with flamed orange peel.

Icy Hoth / Tauntaun and Tonic
Ingredients:

  • 2 oz gin
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp mint leaves (tightly packed)
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 small lime cut into wedges
  • club soda or tonic water
  • large sprig of lemon balm (can sub mint)

Directions: To make mint simple syrup, dissolve sugar in simmering water, turn off heat, add mint, and let steep for ~ 10 minutes. Muddle lime wedges in lowball glass. Add 2 teaspoons of prepared mint simple syrup. Add gin and plenty of ice. Add club soda for Icy Hoth or tonic for Tauntaun and Tonic. Stir and garnish with whole lemonbalm sprig.

Soylent Greedo
Ingredients:

  • 2 cups gin
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 3 thing slices of lemon peel (no white pith)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom seeds
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • tonic water

Directions: In a mason jar combine gin, chopped cucumber, lemon peel, cardamom, and sugar. Periodically shake over the next 12-24 hours. Combine the amount you want with tonic water and ice. Garnish with slice of cucumber.

A Libation to Celebrate the Closing of Our Shared Narrative
Ingredients:

  • ~5 oz sparkling wine
  • Absinthe
  • Peychaud’s bitters
  • 1 teaspoon of simple syrup if using a drier wine / 0.5 teaspoons if using a sweeter wine
  • thin slice of lemon peel

Directions: Coat inside of champagne flute with absinthe and discard. Add simple syrup and bitters. Pour in sparkling wine. Squeeze lemon peel over drink and garnish with peel.
