Thermal Detonator
Ingredients:

  • 1 Mexican style beer
  • 1/2 shot orange liqueur
  • 1/2 shot tequila

Directions: Add tequila and orange liqueur to beer in glass. Enjoy! (You could drop the shot in and chug as a “bomb,” but remember Bosch deactivates the detonator.)

Cloud City Revolver
Ingredients:

  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 1/2 oz coffee liqueur
  • orange bitters
  • flamed orange peel
  • half and half

Directions: Billy Dee Williams is known for Colt 45, so that inspired this cloud city spin on a the Revolver. Add all liquid ingredients except for half and half with ice, stir, and strain into chilled glass. To create the cloudy effect, use a medicine dropper or plastic syringe to add a small amount of half and half to bottom of glass as you SLOWLY stir. Garnish with flamed orange peel.

Icy Hoth / Tauntaun and Tonic
Ingredients:

  • 2 oz gin
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp mint leaves (tightly packed)
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 small lime cut into wedges
  • club soda or tonic water
  • large sprig of lemon balm (can sub mint)

Directions: To make mint simple syrup, dissolve sugar in simmering water, turn off heat, add mint, and let steep for ~ 10 minutes. Muddle lime wedges in lowball glass. Add 2 teaspoons of prepared mint simple syrup. Add gin and plenty of ice. Add club soda for Icy Hoth or tonic for Tauntaun and Tonic. Stir and garnish with whole lemonbalm sprig.

Soylent Greedo
Ingredients:

  • 2 cups gin
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 3 thing slices of lemon peel (no white pith)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom seeds
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • tonic water

Directions: In a mason jar combine gin, chopped cucumber, lemon peel, cardamom, and sugar. Periodically shake over the next 12-24 hours. Combine the amount you want with tonic water and ice. Garnish with slice of cucumber.

A Libation to Celebrate the Closing of Our Shared Narrative
Ingredients:

  • ~5 oz sparkling wine
  • Absinthe
  • Peychaud’s bitters
  • 1 teaspoon of simple syrup if using a drier wine / 0.5 teaspoons if using a sweeter wine
  • thin slice of lemon peel

Directions: Coat inside of champagne flute with absinthe and discard. Add simple syrup and bitters. Pour in sparkling wine. Squeeze lemon peel over drink and garnish with peel.

Endor Libre
Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz spiced rum
  • lime
  • cinnamon coke

Directions: Mix rum with a small squeeze of lime in a highball glass filled with ice. Add cinnamon coke to fill glass. Garnish with twist of lime or wheel.

Prison Break
Ingredients:

  • Coffee (some chilled)
  • 1 jigger whiskey
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 large ice mold

Directions: Pour chilled coffee into ice mold. After ~2.5 hours poke hole in ice and drain, put now hollow ice back in freezer for several hours or overnight. Make fresh coffee. SLOWLY add whiskey and syrup to hollow ice. When ready to serve lower ice into hot coffee to break the ingredients out of their cell, without watering down the coffee.

Baby Yoda’s Hot Broth
Ingredients:

  • 2 oz brandy
  • 4 oz apple juice
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 pinch of allspice
  • 1 pinch of ground cloves
  • 2 pinches cinnamon
  • lemon wedge

Directions: In a mug fold the spices into the butter. Bring apple juice to simmer on stove. Poor juice into the butter/spice mixture melting it. Add Brandy and stir. Squeeze lemon wedge into drink and drop squeezed wedge into mug. Enjoy this hot buttered brandy the way that Baby Yoda enjoys a cup of broth.

Sith Reviver
Ingredients:

  • 3/4 oz gin
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz cointreau
  • 3/4 oz kina lillet, amber vermouth or cocchi americano
  • dash of absinthe
  • circle of blood orange for garnish

Directions: This is just a Corpse Reviver no. 2 with a garnish added to make it more Sith-y because the corpse reviver was too appropriate (and delicious) for Rise of Skywalker. Mix all liquid ingredients with ice, strain into cocktail glass. Float blood orange on top.

Qui-Gon Gin
Ingredients:

  • 2 oz gin
  • 1 oz Lillet Blanc
  • splash of dry vermouth
  • Peychaud’s bitters
  • piece or orange peel

Directions: Stir gin, lillet, and Peychaud’s with ice. Strain into martini glass add orange peel.

Mustafar
Ingredients:

  • 2 oz George Dickel Tobasco Barrel Finish
  • 1 oz dry vermouth
  • bitters
  • flamed orange peel*
  • cinnamon stick (optional)

Directions: For this lava-filled take on a Manhattan, combine the first two ingredients with ice (if desired). Add oils of flamed orange peel. Stir and strain into glass then add peel. (Optional) Garnish with burnt cinnamon stick.
This drink is quite dry. If it’s too dry for you, make it “on the high ground” with an ice cube and a teaspoon of simple syrup.

Darth Plagueis
Ingredients:

  • 2 oz brandy
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • .5 oz orange liqueur
  • .5 oz maraschino liqueur
  • Peychaud’s bitters
  • twist of lemon peel and cherry for garnish

Directions: For this twist on the Sidecar add first 4 ingredients to shaker filled with ice. Add shake or two of Peychaud’s. Shake and strain into coup glass. Garnish with lemon twist and cherry. We figure Palpatine is probably a brandy man, plus the Sith Rule of Two means one of them probably rides in a sidecar.

Smoking Lars
Ingredients:

  • 2 oz mezcal
  • .75 oz cactus fruit (prickly pear) juice*
  • splash of triple sec
  • lime wedge
  • lemon wedge
  • piece of hardwood

Directions: Light wood on fire and place glass on top to snuff flame out filling glass with smoke. Mix mezcal, cactus fruit juice, and triple sec in glass with ice. Squeeze lemon and lime juice into glass and discard wedges in the glass.
*To make cactus fruit juice purchase 1 or more prickly pears (if needles aren’t already scrubbed off, carefully scrub them off with a brush). Cut ends off of fruit, then cut in half. Should be red inside if ripe. Pull skin off. Add soft flesh to blender, and blend to pulpy liquid. Strain out hard seeds with fine mesh strainer.

Dark Side and Stormy
Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz dark rum
  • 1.5 oz whiskey
  • very spicy ginger ale (as usual we use Buffalo Rock)
  • lime wedge

Directions: Fill highball glass with ice. Add rum and whiskey. Fill remainder of glass with buffalo rock (or other spicey giner ale, if you can’t get it). Add juice from 1 lime wedge and stir. Garnish with additional lime wedge.

Jawa Juice
Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz rum
  • 1/2 cup packed watermelon cubes
  • 2 large strawberries
  • 1/4 of a lemon cut into pieces
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • mint ~15 leaves plus sprig

Directions: Remove caps from strawberries and blend with watermelon until slushy. Muddle lemon pieces over sugar in a collins glass. Clap mint leaves in hand and add to glass. Add rum. Fill glass with ice, then add blended juice; be sure to leave enough room to stir vigorously. Stir, garnish with sprig of mint, and add a straw.
